Almond Butter Keto Cups
Ingredients
Bottom Layer
2 tbsp coconut oil, melted
4 tbsp almond or peanut butter
1-4 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder depending on your intensity preference
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 tsp stevia drops
Top layer
2 tbsp coconut oil, melted
4 tbsp almond or peanut butter
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 tsp stevia drops
Sprinkle of sea salt, as garnish
1. Combine all ingredients for your bottom layer. Stir until smooth.
2. Fill muffin cups half way with bottom layer and freeze for 10 minutes.
3. Combine all ingredients from top layer. Stir until smooth.
4. Fill muffin cups the rest of the way and freeze until firm.
5. Garnish the top with a sprinkle of quality sea salt.
Dr. Katy pro tip- keep in refrigerator for up to a week and freeze for up to a month. Enjoy them fresh out of the refrigerator while cold.
