Creamy avocado, chocolate and chia! What's not to love?

Chocolate Avocado Chia Pudding


2 Avocados, very ripe

1/3 cup Raw honey or maple syrup

1/3 cup Cocoa powder

3 tbsp Coconut Oil, extra virgin

1/2 tsp ground Chia seeds

Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend away until silky smooth. Divide your chocolate pudding into jars for later or small bowls for immediate deliciousness. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. Sprinkle with chopped nuts and enjoy then or later for up to a week!
